Pakistan is to start the Corona vaccination for people age 40-49 from May 3, said Asad Umar, the head of the National Command and Operation Centre.
On his Twitter account, the federal minister announced that more than 100,000 people vaccinated in a single day. Further, he said that this has happened for the 2nd consecutive day.

The registration for 40-49 age started from the 27th April. Asad Umar appealed to the people of 40-49 to register themselves for the coronavirus vaccine and encourage others too.
Further, Pakistan is currently vaccinating the age group of 50 plus people and the healthcare workers with the Chinese vaccines. Moreover, the federal government has also launched a digital portal for the registration of the Corona vaccination.
