The National Command and Operation Centre has tasked Punjab Government to vaccinate 300,000 people on daily basis. For this purpose, arrangements are in process at Tehsil and District hospitals across Punjab.
To vaccinate more people rapidly, the Punjab government is planning to increase the number of vaccination centres at Tehsil and District hospitals. In this regard, a total of 149 hospitals that include 26 district and 123 tehsil hospitals to make special arrangements for coronavirus vaccination centre.

On the other hand, many people have vaccinated themselves and their families. The people who haven’t been vaccinated yet are advised to approach their nearest vaccination centre and get the vaccination.
Hence, the aim of the Punjab government is to increase the capability to vaccinate 300,000 people daily. Currently, Pakistan is battling the 3rd wave of coronavirus and the number of patients in Punjab are on rise.
Moreover, a total of 9,125 deaths are reported and 320,851 confirmed cases in Punjab.
